AEW to sell its £146m South East portfolio

AEW's assets in the fund include Dorking Business Park

AEW UK Investment has hoisted a £146m for-sale sign over its entire South East Office Fund, Property Week can reveal.

The investor has instructed Tudor Toone to market the fund’s assets, which comprise 12 buildings, at a net initial yield of 6.7%.

The sale will provide a fillip forthe South East office investment market, which has been particularly slow in recent months, and will provide a litmus test for the strength of investor appetite.
