Chinese developer ABP has appointed Cushman & Wakefield, Glenny and Savills as joint lettings agents for the office element of its £1.7bn Royal Albert Dock development.
Royal Albert Dock will span 4.7m sq ft of mixed-use space including 3.3m sq ft of offices and 1.4m sq ft of residential, retail and leisure. The office space within the 35 acre development will be available on flexible terms in floorplates ranging from 1,300 to 333,000 sq ft.
