Colliers International’s national offices team has teamed up with GVA to market Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, one of the UK’s largest mixed-use regeneration schemes outside London.

Developer Urban Splash’s building comprises of 300,000 sq ft of office space across seven floors, plus 45,000 sq ft of retail space, including an onsite gym and a coffee shop. It has remained more than 95% occupied since its completion.

Fort Dunlop stood derelict for more than 20 years in the 80s until Urban Splash redeveloped it and brought national and Midlands-based businesses to the building, including Capita, Trinity Mirror, Inspired Thinking Group and Green Room Retail.

Matt Long, director of national offices at Colliers International, said: “As expected, the units are in high demand due to the property’s proximity to Birmingham’s city centre and local transport links.”
