First Panattoni and Savills IM have appointed Glenny LLP, DTRE and Savills as joint agents on the largest speculative development in south east London and Kent, Belvedere Wharf.
Belvedere Wharf totals 450,000 sq ft, and is being developed at the centre of Belvedere Industrial Park. The first phase, consisting of two units, an 86,660 sq ft unit which is now complete alongside a 109,926 sq ft available on a build-to-suit basis.
