Puma Brandenburg has bought a mixed property portfolio for E116m (£78m).

The portfolio consists of four assets totalling 53,177 sq m (572,397 sq ft). The assets include the Cologne Hyatt Regency, a 5-star hotel with a long fixed lease, and a mixed hotel and office building located in the heart of Nuremberg let to Accor and Ibis. The portfolio also includes a city center shopping center in Zweibrücken and a mixed residential, retail and office building located in Mühlheim, Ruhr.

The purchase, reflecting a yield of 6.75%, brings Puma’s total investment in Germany to E600m (£405m) covering a total of 370,000 sq m (3.9m sq ft).Puma Brandenburg, the AIM-listed German investor has bought a mixed property portfolio for E116m (£78m).
