AIPUT's cargo warehouse cleared to land outside Heathrow

AIPUT dnata warehouse Heathrow

Aberdeen Standard Investment’s AIPUT fund has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a 250,000 sq ft custom-built cargo warehouse serving Heathrow Airport.

London Borough of Hounslow’s Planning Committee has approved plans for the landmark facility which has been designed to accommodate the operational requirements of dnata, the largest independent cargo-handler serving Heathrow. The building, which will be known as dnata City East, represents a record off-airport pre-let at Heathrow.
