Patrick Going, an executive director at Goodman, has announced that he is leaving the company.
Going was part of a four-strong team of directors who joined Goodman when it bought Akeler, the UK business park specialist, for £650m in November last year.
He is the third member of the original quartet from Akeler to leave Goodman, following the departures of Marcus Boret and James Cole. Cole was hired following his departure in March by another ex-Akeler chief, Mark Glatman, at Abstract Securities. Boret left the company in May. Chief financial officer Nigel Pope is still with the company.
A spokesperson from Goodman said: ‘"We can confirm that Patrick Going is leaving Goodman to pursue other interests. We would like to thank him for his tremendous support in the integration process, which has been a major success.
‘We wish him all the best in the future. Looking to the future, our UK business parks business continues to have an extremely strong management structure in place, which is supported by our growing team of development surveyors.’
