Akropolis, Lithuania’s biggest shopping centre operator, has put three shopping centres up for sale for about €700m (£553m) – the most expensive property portfolio in the country. Akropolis has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle, RE and Solution to sell the portfolio, which generates an annual income of €39.36m (£31.5m).
