Alchemist to launch new bar concept at Liverpool ONE

Grosvenor Europe has secured private equity backed restaurant group The Alchemist for its Liverpool ONE complex where it will launch a new concept bar named Aether.

The Palatine–backed, Simon Potts-led group first launched in the Spinningfields area of Manchester seven years ago and now Alchemist sites nationwide including Leeds, London and six previous in Liverpool.
