Alexander Tower gets approval in Berlin

Developer MonArch has received the green light to create Berlin’s tallest residential tower located on Alexanderplatz.

The 35-storey Alexander Tower will comprise 377 apartments, commercial and retail space, spa and gym facilities, private cinema, residents terrace and club levels, as well as underground parking facilities for cars and bicycles.
