Allsop launches residential research department with senior hire

Allsop has launched a residential research division following the appointment of Seb Verity to lead the new arm of the business.

Verity, who joins the firm as head of research, will help drive Allsop’s growth plans within alternative residential, including the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors, as well as opportunities in the retirement living and healthcare sectors.
