AMB Property has completed a letting at its newly branded AMB East London Distribution Park, less than a month after buying the property – its first in the UK.

The San-Francisco based industrial property company announced today that Direct mail company DSICMM has signed a 10-year lease on 178,000 sq ft at the park in Dagenham, which consists of two buildings totalling 320,000 sq ft.

The rent agreed was undisclosed.

Mo Barzegar, AMB managing director for Europe, said: ‘Leasing a significant portion of AMB East London Distribution Park just weeks after bringing it into our portfolio underscores the property’s strategic location.’
