AMB Property Europe has appointed Anthony Biddulph as senior vice president of business development for Europe and the Middle East for its capital partners group.

Biddulph joins from Blackrock, where he was director, head of the European and Middle Eastern client account management group.

He will now be responsible for raising capital for AMB’s private capital funds globally and will be based in London, reporting to John Roberts, AMB’s presidential of private capital.

Roberts said: ‘This position will further enhance our long-term co-investment relationships in the very important regions of Europe and the Middle East. It’s critical that we have the best talent in place to develop funding opportunities.’

Biddulph has 10 years of investment management and real estate experience, including working at Savills and CB Richard Ellis.
