Angelo Gordon and Beltane make Millenium Bridge House buy

US investment giant Angelo Gordon has teamed up with Beltane Asset Management to acquire Millennium Bridge House in an off-market deal for an estimated £95m.

Millennium Bridge House, which connects St Pauls Cathedral with the Tate Modern, is a multi-let mixed-use building that sits on a 1.5 acre island site next to the River Thames. Tenants include financial services firm Quilter, recruitment firm Adecco UK, Nedbank Private Wealth and financial advisor Intrinsic.
