The deal on the mainly retail property reflects an initial yield of 5.7%, although this will rise following an outstanding rent review. Tenants include Waterstone’s, Arcadia and Burger King. The property produces a rent of £1.5m a year and the leases have between five-and-a-half and seven years to run.
