The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente has taken the first step towards realising his dream of creating a national plumbing business, by signing for a 1,200 sq ft light industrial unit at Eagle Business Park in Yaxley.
Valente, who during Sunday evening’s final secured backing of £250,000 from Lord Alan Sugar to grow his Peterborough-based Impra-Gas business, took the lease shortly after filming concluded in late summer.
Impra-Gas specialises in the service, maintenance and installation of gas appliances, although Valente won Lord Sugar’s support for a new business concept that will couple smart technologies and partner shipping with property management businesses.
Barker Storey Matthews acted for Eagle Business Park, which is situated close to the A1(M)
