Aprirose makes first move into aparthotels with Dalston acquisition

Saco serviced apartments

Aprirose has acquired a site in Dalston, London with planning permission for a £40m aparthotel development, marking its first foray into the sector.

A purpose built 121-room aparthotel, called Kingsland Locke, is currently being developed on the Kingsland Street site and completion is anticipated in April 2020.

Aprirose has appointed SACO Property Group, a leading serviced apartment company, as development manager to oversee the build through to practical completion and operate the finished scheme under a management agreement. The aparthotel will be run under the latter’s Locke brand.
