Arbitration bill ‘decisively deals with £7bn rent debt’ as eviction moratorium ends

Commercial landlords and tenants have broadly welcomed the end of the eviction moratorium as well as the introduction of an arbitration bill which has been described as “decisive government legislation to deal with the £7bn-plus rent debt accrued during the pandemic”.
