Archipelago Business Park sold for £12m

Scottish Widows has bought Archipelago Business Park in Frimley, Surrey, from Haslemere for just over £12m. The 54,500 sq ft (5,060 sq m) three-building park is multilet, producing annual rent of £1.2m. The deal reflects an initial yield of 9.58%. Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Scottish Widows, FPDSavills for Haslemere.
