The deadline for submissions is Friday 8 June, just over a week away. All you have to do is explain in 100 words or fewer why the rising residential star you are nominating should be put before our specially convened RESI Senate for consideration.
There is no age limit. The initiative, which is sponsored by Cluttons, simply aims to identify the individuals who have come to the fore, made their mark and raised the bar in the residential sector over the past three years.

They could hail from any part of the sector, be it development, investment or agency. They might work for a housing association or in government or they might be a proptech pioneer. All that matters is that they have truly blazed a trail and moved the dial.
The 30 names selected by the RESI Senate, which features the likes of St Modwen chief executive Mark Allan, Mount Anvil co-founder Killian Hurley and Metropolitan chief executive Geeta Nanda, will be unveiled live on stage at the RESI Convention at Celtic Manor in Wales in September.
