Artesian Property Partnership has put Argyll Townhouse Hotels on the market for £30m through Knight Frank. The portfolio comprises the 48-room Royal Park Hotel in Westbourne Terrace, London W2, the 39-room Cranley Hotel in Bina Gardens, SW5, and the 42-room Elizabeth in Eccleston Square, SW1.
