AshbyCapital & Helical secure first pre-let at One Bartholomew

US digital advertising company The Trade Desk has become the first occupier to sign up at AshbyCapital and Helical’s new Farringdon office development One Bartholomew taking a 55,000 sq ft pre-let.

The letting sees the California-based company take the top three floors, including the tenth-floor terrace, of the 12-storey, 215,000 sq ft office building within the Barts Square development in London’s Farringdon.

Developed by Helical alongside investor AshbyCapital, the building is due to complete later this year offering grade-A office accommodation.
