Healthcare REIT Assura has completed the acquisition of a trio of health assets for a combined £50m.
The lead acquisition is the £30m Stratford Healthcare Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, one of the largest primary healthcare facilities in the UK. Spanning 65,000 sq ft, the central healthcare hub for William Shakespeare’s home town contains a GP surgery, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapy centre, rehabilitation centre, renal unit, mental and sexual health services, and a café.
