AstraZeneca has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as its global real estate advisor, as tipped by Property Week (09.04.09).
JLL will provide advice at a strategic real estate level and as preferred supplier at a local transaction level.
Paul Youds, head of UK strategic real estate AstraZeneca, said: ‘This arrangement will provide an essential external capability for us to drive additional value from our global asset base.'
Robert Bonwell, head of corporate solutions at JLL said: ‘Our clients have a variety of models and we have demonstrated our agility to provide a global strategy and account team for this unique opportunity.’
