Atisreal has bought City of London agent Morgan Pepper for around £6m.

Morgan Pepper, which has specialised in the City of London and Midtown markets since it was founded in 1987, consists of four fee-earning partners Shaun Gorvin, Mike Pope, Jeremy Trice and Tim Davies. The partners and their four colleagues will all be taken on by Atisreal.

The firm is best known on the agency side for its landlord representation but it also represents tenants. Trice and Davies will become directors of agency at Atisreal. It also has an active investment division headed by Gorvin and Pope, who will become investment directors at Atisreal.

Fred Hargreaves, executive director at Atisreal's City office, said the City was a key market for his firm.
