Atisreal has expanded its international scope signing new alliance contracts with Holland Realty Partners in the Netherlands and Astera in Ukraine.

Netherlands’ Holland Realty Partners was founded by Machiel Hoek, Sake Pleiter and Sicco Posthumus and employs 11 people at its Amsterdam office.

It covers a number of services including transaction, valuation, asset management, consultancy, fund & investment management and research.

In Ukraine, Atisreal has further cemented its alliance with Astera, having already joined up with Astera’s Russian business in February this year.

Astera is based in Moscow, St Petersburg and Kiev and was founded in 1992 by Geoffrey Cox, chairman, and Alexei Filimonov.

The company has around 180 employees, with 30 based in the Kiev office. Astera also covers a range of services including transaction, strategy, valuation, investment analysis, auctions, space planning & design and research.

Both companies can now expand their local and international business through the Atisreal and BNP Paribas Real Estate international network.

Henri Faure, chairman of Atisreal International, says: ‘Following our recent alliance in Greece and Cyprus with Danos & Associates, we continue to strengthen our positions in Western Europe, with Holland Realty Partners and in Eastern Europe, with Astera.

'Furthermore, we can unlock synergies with the BNP Paribas group in these two regions, and make use of their market knowledge and customers, to which the group can now also offer our real estate services.’
