Atisreal has bolstered it’s presence in Leeds by poaching five new members of staff from Donaldsons following it’s takeover by DTZ.
Miles Youdan, former head of Donaldsons Leeds investment team, and Nick Brearley, a Donaldsons surveyor, have moved their jobs to Atisreal to set up a new investment team in both the Leeds and Sheffield offices.
Atisreal’s Professional Services has also been boosted with three Donaldsons surveyors. Francis Brown, who was in charge of professional services at Donaldson, is the new director of professional services at the Leeds office.
He will oversee a new valuations team including director Martin Foster and senior surveyor Lloyd Nicholson – both formerly of Donaldsons.
The two teams will be supported by new secretary Lindsay Carratt.
Moving forward
‘I’m delighted to welcome all the new members of staff,’ said Steve Macey, interim head of Atisreal’s Leeds office. ‘I’m confident that their additional skills and expertise will enable us to take the office forward in 2008.’
Colin Roberts has also joined Atisreal Leeds as associate director in the Corporate Real estate team. He recently worked at storey:ssp and will be handling corporate transactions management for Barclays Bank.
Donaldsons has suffered from an exodus of staff. Last month Knight Frank confirmed a swoop for four senior staff from DTZ in Scotland.
