Avant Homes set to develop £60m Derbyshire scheme

Avant Homes has acquired a 28-acre site in Holmewood, Derbyshire, to deliver 247 new-build homes with a gross development value (GDV) of around £60m.

Called Earl’s Park, the development is located close to Chesterfield town centre on Tibshelf Road.
