Avant Homes wins approval for Leeds housing development

Plans approved - Avant Homes granted planning to deliver 192 new homes in first phase of the Skelton Gate regeneration scheme  (CGI of representative street scene)

Avant Homes is to develop 192 homes in Leeds as part of the wider Skelton Gate regeneration scheme, after being granted planning permission for its £60m development.

Avant Homes acquired the scheme’s 17-acre site, just off Pontefract Lane, in August, from Templegate Developments, a joint venture (JV) between Evans Property Group and Keyland Developments.
