Aver to fund 330,000 sq ft Staffordshire spec scheme

Aver has agreed to fund the speculative development of a 330,000 sq ft logistics/warehouse accommodation at Novus Point in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, for Cole Waterhouse, working in partnership with Peveril Securities.
