Aviva Investors has acquired the Aurora office building in west London from Moorfield for an estimated £38m, as tipped by Property Week.
Aurora is the third office acquisition in Ealing by Aviva Investors, following the acquisition of Ealing Gateway last September and Ealing Cross in 2014, and comes after Moorfield recently completed two new lettings at the five-storey grade-A office to take it to 70% full.
Acquired from the Moorfield Real Estate Fund III, the building, managed by XLB Property, comprises 51,791 sq ft of office space and 77 parking spaces.
