The nine office blocks cover around 465,000 sq ft and are mostly located in business parks in the South East.
The institutional investor has instructed Cushman & Wakefield to market the Project Symphony portfolio, which comprises nine office blocks totalling around 465,000 sq ft, mostly located on South East business parks.
The sale is understood to be part of a strategy that will see Aviva sell some of its regional assets and focus on city centres such in the Thames Valley, London, Cambridge, Birmingham and Greater Manchester.
