Aviva Investors has let the Victoria Gate building in Woking to automotive giant McLaren on a 20-year lease.
The whole 65,000 sq ft building will be used by the championship-winning Formula 1 manufacturer and technology group as additional office space.
Victoria Gate is located in the centre of Woking, northwest Surrey and has recently been fully re-developed by Aviva.
