Aviva Investors has sold the Kindred headquarters in Wimbledon, south-west London, to a private European client of Clay Street for £40.2m.
The price agreed for the 43,542 sq ft grade-A office block reflects a net initial yield of 5.5% and capital value of £924/sq ft.
