Due for practical completion in August 2019, the 140,000 sq ft 100 Avebury Boulevard will be a landmark, grade A office building in the centre of the Buckinghamshire town.

Spaces, which was founded in 2006 in Amsterdam and now has locations in more than 25 countries globally including existing UK hubs in London, Liverpool and Edinburgh, has taken 35% of the building’s space across the ground, first, second and third floors. The brand, a sister company to Regus, will use the offices to create a co-working and serviced office centre and the ground floor space for a business lounge and café.
