AXA IM acquires €131m Brussels passport office development

AXA IM - Real Assets has acquired the long leasehold rights on the Passport office building at Brussels Airport for €131m (£114m) from Belgian developer CODIC.

Acquired on behalf of a client, the multi-tenanted office building Passport was delivered in March and is fully let to four global businesses with an average lease of 15 years. It is located alongside both the main passenger terminal and runway at Brussels Airport and comprises 305,500 sq ft of offices over two interconnected wings and also includes 361 parking spaces.
