Irish developer Ballymore Properties, advised by GVA Grimley, last week won planning consent to turn the London Arena at Crossharbour near Canary Wharf into a mixed-use scheme. The scheme will include 972 flats, a hotel and 285,246 sq ft (26,500 sq m) of offices.
