B&M expands to take former Carpetright space at Barnsley East Retail Park

Ediston Properties has secured a replacement tenant for a unit formerly occupied by Carpetright at Barnsley East Retail Park in Yorkshire.

Discount retailer B&M has agreed a deal to expand its presence at the park by 40% having taken an additional 10,000 sq ft unit adjacent to its 25,000 sq ft unit.
