The business banking division of Bank of Ireland has expanded its presence in Manchester by taking further space at No 1 Marsden Street.

The bank has signed a deal for 6,045 sq ft on the 9th floor of the city centre building as an assignment of a 15-year lease, held by HBOS which was paying £25/ sq ft.
