Grosvenor has agreed a deal with clothing brand Barbour, which will see expand its footprint on its London estate, to create a new flagship store in north Mayfair.
The renewal of a long term lease will see the brand significantly upsize its store from 1,465 sq ft to 4,123 sq ft when it relocates to 56 Duke Street.
Opening in late summer, the new store will carry the full range of Barbour and Barbour International collections for men, women, children and dogs. The Duke Street store will be the first to have a dedicated footwear area ranging all Barbour and Barbour International footwear from wellingtons through to brogues, loafers and slippers.
