Barings buys Link 9 units in Bicester

Barings Real Estate has acquired five light industrial units within Albion Land’s recently completed Network @ Link 9 estate in Bicester, Oxfordshire, for £12.8m on behalf of an institutional investor.

The five properties provide 101,500 sq ft of new Grade A light industrial accommodation with floorplates ranging from 14,158 to 30,050 sq ft in size. They sit within the wider 530,000 sq ft Network @ Link 9 scheme which was completed in September 2018 by Albion Land just outside of Bicester near Oxford and adjacent to the M40.
