Barratt buys 10-acre Tintwistle site in Manchester

Development company BXB Land Solutions has agreed the sale of a 10-acre site at the former Bridge Mills site in Tintwistle to Barratt Homes Manchester.

With outline planning approval for up to 165 residential units secured in March 2018, Barratt will submit a reserved matters application to deliver new homes at the brownfield site which was acquired by BXB in January 2017. Prior to the acquisition, the site had remained derelict for more than 10 years.
