The company has instructed Jones Lang Lasalle Corporate Finance to help with the sale of the division, which is expected to come to market in the next few weeks.
Wilson Bowden Developments focuses on town centre regeneration and office and industrial development across the UK. Its mixed-use portfolio consists of more than 2m sq ft of space for retail, leisure and residential use.
