Baskerville House

Targetfollow’s Baskerville House is off the market after talks to sell the £80m speculative 197,150 sq ft (18,317 sq m) office redevelopment in Birmingham ended. Dutch property company Wereldhave was in talks to buy the building for £80m in the summer but is no longer going ahead with the purchase.
