Battle begins as Warner tries to enforce town centre monopoly

The entertainment group, which operates a 10-screen cinema on West Ham Leisure Park, has called for a judicial review into the council’s backing of a second 10-screen multiplex proposed as part of a Grosvenor Estate Holdings’ £300m retail and leisure development in the Town Centre.
