BauMont and Addington buy East London resi portfolio for £99m

BauMont Real Estate Capital and its operating partner Addington Capital have acquired a residential portfolio from a private investor for £99m.

The portfolio consists of 318 houses and apartments in East London, which are primarily leased to young professionals and families.
