BDO Stoy Hayward, which occupies 185,000 sq ft in London & Regional’s 55 Baker Street, London W1, has sublet a 6,000 sq ft suite and roof terrace on the seventh floor to FTSE businesses consulting firm JCA Group on a 10-year lease with breaks at five, seven and nine years.
