Belfast's Linenhall receives country’s first WiredScore gold rating

Linenhall Belfast

The Linenhall office building in Belfast has become the first property in Northern Ireland to receive a Wired Certified benchmark from connectivity rating firm WiredScore.

Killultagh Estates owns the 70,000 sq ft scheme, which counts its tenants as CBRE, Speechstorm, Whitehat and Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Wired Certification was first launched in New York in 2013 and recently received backing from Legal & General, U+I and Town Centre Securities as part of a $9m (£6.9m) Series A fundraising round to support the growth of its independent system of assessing buildings’ digital infrastructure.
