Berkeley scoops £2.5m in 10 days for Imperial Hotel residential conversion

Berkeley bought the hotel in 1997 from Percy Bilton, which has since been taken over by Slough Estates for £3.2m. Berkeley has paid the local authority £200,000 for off-site social housing.
