Some of the biggest names in the retirement living market will be speaking at next month’s Property Week Retirement Living conference.
Leading investors such as AXA IM’s head of healthcare Andrew Ovey, Schroders’ head of real estate capital Robin Hubbard and Octopus Real Estate’s head of retirement Kevin Beirne will be speaking at the event.
The line-up also boasts top developers including Elysian Residences founder and chief executive Gavin Stein, Birchgrove managing director Honor Barratt, Inspired Villages chief executive Jamie Bunce and Auriens co-founder and chief executive Johnny Sandelson.
There will be a chance to hear a panel of residents reveal what they want from their retirement home.
The hottest topics in the sector will also be debated, including the rise in the number of retirement homes for rent, the potential of intergenerational schemes and how to tap the mid-market.
